We have been overwhelmed by the generosity shown by our customers, friends and suppliers and we are proud to be able to help a very worthy cause.
Keep an eye on our Facebook page for who the lucky winners were of the Nathan Carter concert tickets and updates.
We have also been taking part in a Black Pudding Festival and we have added a number of photos of what we served up during the past week.
We have been serving up some treats and if you think you have missed out – the good news is, that the Black Pudding Festival is set to continue for another two weeks.
Some of our customers have become ardent fans of black pudding and a number have been making extra visits to the JSB to try new offerings.
Stay tuned for further updates – or just drop in and tell us what you think.
Even better, if you have a favourite recipe, tell us and we will post it for everyone to see.
We had some friends drop into the JSB – they are a group of kids from Kenya, who are staying locally. The organizers, Kindfund – are a Fermanagh based charity, who have brought these kids over sing and raise their profile. We were glad they called by and we know they are having a good time, touring the Marble Arch Caves and visiting churches.
We were also involved in the FLive Festival – and we were pleased to host some poetry readings. The readings were every hour and we then passed the baton on to our neighbours.
We were pleased that the Festival cake seemed to have gone down a treat too !
As you can see, there is always something going on at the JSB – we are getting ready for our next theme – call in and treat yourself, we would love to see you.
